Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for earrings.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale items. 

To arrange a return, please contact our customer care team at info@sjofn.com.au. If your order qualifies for a refund, our customer care team will then authorize your return and advise how to proceed.

All customer returns are at the customers expense and must be returned in their original condition.

Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to process on all returns.
